Ordering Processing

Once you have selected your items please proceed to the checkout. We offer two secure methods of payment, Paypal & Sagepay. After you have completed the checkout, you will receive 2 emails, 1 from us confirming receipt of your order and 1 from either Paypal or Sagepay confirming your payment. If you have not received your confirmation email from us, please check your spam folder.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day of ordering. During busy periods this may increase to 2-3 working days. If you require something urgently or for a particular date please let us know so we can ensure you receive your order in good time.

Due to selling on multiple online platforms as well as at County shows, we very rarely may sell out of a product and be unable to fulfil your order. If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and either offer a full refund or an alternative product if you wish.

Delivery

UK

Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 for all UK orders. If you spend over £50 then you will receive free standard delivery.

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48, the aim of this service is 48 hours although please bear in mind  this is an aim NOT a guarantee.

If you are out at the time of attempted delivery, Royal Mail should leave you a card asking you to collect from your local delivery office. If you specify a safe place to leave your order, this is done so at your own risk. We will put any instruction on the front of your parcel and it will be up to your postie whether they leave it safe or leave a card.

At our discretion, bulky and high value orders may be dispatched via DPD. If you have provided a mobile number and/or email address, you will receive delivery updates from DPD once they have collected your parcel from us. If you specify a safe place to leave your parcel, the couriers will do this where possible and take a photo of the parcel in the safe place.

Should you require your delivery urgently, we can offer next day delivery at an extra cost. Please contact us during our office hours for more details.

EUROPE

We offer European delivery at £13.00. This is sent via Royal mail tracked & signed service or via DPD.

Worldwide

Worldwide delivery is available but, as the cost can vary greatly depending on size and weight of parcel, you will need to contact us prior to ordering for a quote. If you order and choose an incorrect delivery option, we will get the cheapest quote for your delivery and send you a Paypal invoice for any additional amount. If you do not wish to pay the additional delivery amount, we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full.

Returns Policy

You are welcome to return any product that is not excluded from our returns policy (see below) within 30 days of receipt.

We do not offer a free return service and therefore the cost of returning an order lies with you. Please obtain a proof of postage for your records, as you are responsible for the product until it has reached us safely. Upon receipt of your return we will refund you via your original payment method.

The following products are cut from a roll to order and are therefore excluded from the 30 days return policy:

All wipe clean vinyl tablecloths
All wipe clean Acrylic coated tablecloths

Please ensure that you measure your table carefully and add on enough for any overhang you require. We would recommend you measure the length and width of your table and add on 30-40cm (12-16 inches) to allow for between 15-20cm (6-8 inches drop)

Example: Table width  100cm + 40cm = 140cm
Table length 160cm + 40cm = 200cm

Tablecloth size needed = 140x200cm

We try to portray all the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible, but as all monitors, tablets and phones can have settings which show the colours differently we recommend customers who are unsure about the colours order a free swatch prior to ordering. All swatches are sent out free of charge to UK addresses

VAT

We are VAT registered, therefore if you require a VAT invoice please email us sales@thetableclothcompany.com

Privacy Policy

The Tablecloth Company do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (delivery details to our carriers). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation, and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option in the checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.

Data collected by this site is used to:
